RealPage and Funnel Merge Front-Office Functions
RealPage and Funnel are integrating front-office tech, with RealPage's screening, payments, pricing and availability capabilities built directly into Funnel's application workflow.
On paper this is the pitch every CRM vendor makes: fewer logins, fewer handoffs, one system that talks to itself instead of three that email each other PDFs. A prospect applies, screening runs, pricing updates, availability checks itself, and nobody on your team has to copy a unit number between two tabs. That's real time back for your leasing staff, and leasing staff time is the one resource nobody's hiring their way out of a shortage of.
But consolidation like this is also a bet you're making whether you meant to or not. When screening, pricing and payments all live inside one integration, you've quietly reduced your leverage to swap any single piece if it underperforms. Funnel's workflow gets better. RealPage's grip on your stack gets tighter. Those are the same sentence.
If you're evaluating this, the question isn't "does it work." It's what happens the day you want to drop one module and keep the rest. Ask Funnel and RealPage directly how modular the integration actually is, not how seamless the demo looks. Demos are always seamless. Contracts are where the flexibility either exists or it doesn't.
Worth testing before you sign anything new: run current conversion and time-to-lease numbers now, so you have a real baseline to hold this integration to later.
