Search Console's AI Search Reports Are Now Live Everywhere

Google just flipped Search Console's AI performance reports on for every site, everywhere. If you run a property site or handle SEO for a portfolio, this data is already sitting in your account. You just haven't opened it yet.

Here's why you should. Someone searching "best apartments in [submarket] under $1,800" is more and more likely to get an AI answer before they ever see your listing. Until now, you had zero way to know if your community even made it into that answer. Your organic click numbers can't tell you that story anymore. A property can be quietly losing visibility to AI Overviews while its regular search rankings sit there looking perfectly fine.

That gap doesn't show up anywhere else. This report is the only place it's visible.

So go look. Pull AI-search impressions for your top properties or your brand site and drop that number right next to organic clicks, in whatever dashboard your team already opens every month. Don't build a shiny new report nobody will click on after week one. If AI Mode impressions are climbing but clicks are flat, that's your content not showing up as the source. Ask your SEO vendor what they're doing about it. That's a fair question, and it's their job to answer it, not yours to guess at.

One catch. This is new visibility, not proven attribution. Nobody knows yet how an AI-search impression maps to an actual tour or a signed lease. Watch it like a leading indicator. Don't report it up the chain like it's gospel. Not yet.

That gap doesn't show up anywhere else. This report is the only place it's visible.
